For Spin steal..BD145 wont do any good since BD145 is wider than the MW..so there is no contact on the MW..GB145/100/145/130 would be better for Spin steal..
Is earth bull 230 CS still good and should I replace GB with BD?

For Meteo..dont change GB145 with BD145..Stay with BD145
Just get a takara tomy CS. They are better quality then Hasbro so order a Ray Unicorno or buy a Takara CS separately.

RS stamina wont be as great as CS..since Earth is light..RS will be pretty handy to prevent K.O.

Going up against practically anything else and you will most likely get outspun. Don't use an RS against a left spinning beyblade though or you will get spin stealed to death.

Eart Bull _____ B is a good stamina if you are using GB145/135..(not sure about ED145 since i dont own it)
Flame...Ray and Galaxy is just better than it in attack..
F is not aggressive..HF would be more favourable then F..

MF Basalt Kerbecs BD145 CS is overall a good bey..bot many bey can K.O. it (so far Vari Ares and Blitz Unicornoe are the only one that do well against it)
MF Basalt Kerbecs BD145 RS is a more harder defence combo to K.O but it will worned out your RS very quickly..
Conclusion: new CS ,BD145 and RF for me 
what would be a good capricorn combo? I'm looking for an attacker but don't want it to sleep out quickly.
Capricorn is not a good attacker..if you want an attacker that have stamina..try using XF, WF, HF..
Also, if you want-
Storm Capricorne- It just sucks.
Screw Capricorne- Various combos are present. Such as Screw Horogium/Pisces 100 RF.
Capricorne Clear Wheel only- Its not well suited for Attack.
Also, the MF tip from Screw Capri is also a great Attack tip that retains stamina.
