You did not read it at all. You cannot even put a Pegasis Clear Wheel alone on a Track. Therefore, the only choice is to use the Wheel from Pegasis 145D ...

Unless you meant that the first Beyblade is actually the Starter Pegasis 105F, which is an entirely different Beyblade from Storm Pegasis 105RF, but both Pegasis Wheels (not Hybrid Wheels/Clear Wheels) are exactly the same.

No, Lightning L Drago is not good for Defense. It is already very effective in Attack though.

Anyway, assuming that you do:

Attack (All Top-Tier):
MF Lightning L Drago 100/CH120RF
MF Pegasis 145RF

Defense:
MF Earth Cancer GB145WB (Pretty much Top-Tier. But changing the Clear Wheel to Bull or Aquario, which are the heaviest right spin clear Wheels released, would be beneficial for Defense combos.)

Stamina:
Burn/Earth Cancer DF145D (Pretty much Top-Tier. However, the Bull Clear Wheel is preferred since its weight distribution provides a better spin time for the Bey.)

Rationale:
If you are looking for an ultimate Beyblade, this is it. I found it rather interesting to note that it can withstand attackers, kill smashers and outspin Stamina types.

RS is trash and should hopefully be outclassed soon.
