Time Registration begins at 12:30pm. Tourney begins Promptly at 1:45pm.

Fee $5 store fee + WBO Fee.

Prizes: TBA

On that subject, it is clearly written in the rules that image macros are SPAM. Therefore, even if you write something to accompany those animations, if the text is not strong at all and is essentially SPAM itself, you can get a warning for an overall SPAM post. People should be careful ...
