Alright lets go through this by what comes inside the booster. Admittedly I cannot tell if you are someone who wants the RB for parts or collecting purposes so I will just list which parts are actually good, recolors is your own opinion so I won’t be touching that aspect:
CobaltDragoon4-55WB - CobaltDragoon is mainly primarily good with its Elevate combo and if you don’t have a Left Launcher then you can’t exactly use it in battle. 4-55 is about to be rendered more useless then it already is due to 4-50 coming out on August 9th. And WB is the a part from the Prize Bey that seems to be good but isn’t crazy impactful. If you want it for collecting purposes or just because it looks cool, then that is a good grab, but if you don’t even have L Spin String Launcher or L Winder it is just a display piece
BlackShell7-70WB - I like this one better. Black Shell is a rather medium tier blade but the parts are also good here. 7-70 is a ratchet that was locked away to the UX-10 custom kit but its used on a lot of combos. WB, just same as I said above. Its like Ball but I can’t exactly go into deep details as I don’t own the part
DranBuster5-80MN - Only good for the blade. Rest of this is pure garbage
CerberusDark W1-60F - So Dark main blade is not exactly a really good one, not complete trash, but there are other better main blades. Wheel is the heaviest assist blade as of now so thats a good grab. 1-60 is always good. Flat is okay in the sense you can just get it literally anywhere else
WhaleFlame M3-85HT - So this is where I start saying less as I don’t have the full scoop. Flame is apparently said by the Japanese bladers to be a high B-tier, lower A-tier blade but with the existence of PegasusBlast, Flame is heavily overshadowed. Still might be a decent pick and the design looks cool. I do not know much about M assist blade besides the fact it is lighter than Wheel so its okay but not highly important. 3-85 is just not good. High Taper is the same thing too, not that important
CerberusFlame W5-80WB - Honestly pretty good. Like I said Flame main blade is reported to be somewhat good, supposedly so take that with a grain of salt. Wheel is amazing. 5-80 just isn’t good for the height. WB is as of stated before
