Readers, I am announcing that I'm starting 13C2, so hang as tight as you can!
how much did you get done on chapter 13C2?
I think I did at least two paragraphs or something, but anyways, patience is a virtue.
Hey guys, I just thought I'd let you know of a scenario I decided to use for this part in Chapter 13C2 where this meteorite crashes into a playground and a Beyblade comes out of it and the crater the meteorite left (or the meteorite splits open revealing a Bey, and someone going on down to get it)
I'm trying to decide which Beyblade to use for this particular scene.
I'm trying to decide which Beyblade to use for this particular scene.
Who/What/How was this Bey created..?
EDIT: What I meant to say, is that I'm open for suggestions on what kind of Bey to use in the scene. Also, no character requests, please!
EDIT: I spelled requests wrong
EDIT: I spelled requests wrong
and what I meant to say was how was the bey even created? (I.E will there be a back story or should I expect it just came into existence?) I guess if you even bring up the words "beyblade fanfic" you should forget about logic, but still...
Should I not bother in asking..?
Should I not bother in asking..?
To answer your question, the Bey was created and sent to the Battle Strikers world by Mawashi, the Beyblade God.
what do you mean suggestions?
I'm trying to decide what kind of Beyblade to use in this scene in Chapter 13C2 where this meteor came into the Battle Strikers world and a Beyblade created by the Beyblade God Mawashi comes out of it. Two of the Beys I was considering for the scene were Proto Nemesis and Quetzalcoatl 90WF (either the silver WBBA limited model or the gold DS version).
I think you should make it up like say vulcanium ra.
Like a variant of Ra?
maybe or maybe a variant of hades.
Perhaps a variant of Proto Nemesis that is not evil.
yeah but with lets say a different tip
So what tip do you have in mind?
The opposite of a defense tip is an attack tip, so the Proto Nemesis variant that will appear in Chapter 13C2 would have an XMF (Xtreme Metal Flat) tip. As for anything else, the good Proto Nemesis would have the ability to change heights between 85 and 90, and it can be launched from right- or left-spin.
I decided to name the Proto Nemesis variant, Proto Stern. Stern is another name for Nemesis, so why not name it that way?
yeah, pretty good idea
Glad you liked it
Chapter 13C2: There goes the Neighborhood! Part 2
Previously on Beyblade VS Battle Strikers:
When we had last seen our Bladers, they went to Viewpark Terrace, which is reputed to have a community of kids who are still active in Beyblade, to check it out for themselves while Zane kept an eye on Diana, who is recovering from her Luna Freeze turning on her. They (the Bladers) meet one of these kids, Mack Franks, who possesses an Attack-type Beyblade called Master Dragoon, which is part of the Spin Gear system of Beyblades. The Beyblade itself held the power and essence of a dragon spirit named Master Dragoon, which is what the Bey containing it is named after.
Anyways...
We see Mack showing Reiji, Al, Milly, and Jackie around the neighborhood, and also pointing out some good places to do Beyblade battles. As the group was walking, Mack decides to ask Reiji a question, "So, Reiji, where did you get that Xeronix anyways?", to which the latter replied, "Oh, a Norwegian-American guy named Jorgen gave it to me at this Battle Strikers tourney at the High School.", before asking back, "Is there something wrong with that?". Mack thought for a moment and replied, "Nah, it's cool. Speaking of Battle Strikers, there's this guy in this neighborhood who buys Battle Strikers parts to find tournament-worthy Striker customizations and recommend them to other players. Of course, he's also known quite well for exposing cheaters. He also has the Beyblade known as Ultimate Frostic Dranzer. I'm pretty sure his name is...um...Mike or something, I dunno--", when Alister interrupted, "His name is Miguel Hawkins, and at that same tourney that was at the High School, he made a surprise appearance and caught his brother Riff cheating.", to which Mack gasped, "Really?! Wow!"
"You better believe it!", added Jackie as she and the group pressed on, when they suddenly heard a great crash, and the ground shook for only a second. Milly gasps, "What was that?!", when Mack noticed a smoking crater at a nearby playground, and thankfully, no-one was present at said playground so nobody is either seriously hurt or dead. "Over there!", he points out as he and the others rushed over to it. But, it's not just the Bladers and Mack who are attracted to the crater, as some of the other kids in the Terrace also heard the crash, also wanting to see for themselves. They gathered around the crater to look down it, when they noticed what appears to be a basketball-sized meteorite. Some of the kids started talking to one another about whether or not to go down the crater to grab the meteorite, with things like "You going down there? I'm not!", "Nuh-uh!", "No way, man!", "I'm not going down there!", "Lord only knows what's down there!", and even "I'm not gonna have some little alien jump out at me, no sir!".
Among the kids is Mack's older brother, Harvey, who is two years older. He has the same skin tone, hair color (no highlights), and eye color as his younger sibling. Harvey is also a few inches taller than Mack, and also wears a black tee that reads in white letters, "No Deposit, No Return", referencing a time when people would redeem glass soda bottles for a nickel at the malt shops. Harvey turns to his younger brother, and asks him, "Yo Mack, what have we here this time around?", to which the latter turned towards Harvey, and replying to him, "I dunno, Harvey, but this is big stuff that's happening right here!". Reiji, having had enough of waiting to see what happens next, decided to jump down to the bottom of the crater. The crowd watched anxiously, as Reiji carefully made his way down, with some of the kids muttering things to each other. After a moment or two, Reiji climbed out of the crater, holding the meteorite in his hands. He smugs, "One meteorite to go!", before asking, "But anyways, where do you guys think it would come from?"
Alister spoke up first, "I don't know, Reiji, but something seems off about it...", as Reiji starts to feel the meteor becoming increasingly hotter in his hands, as he went "Hot-hot-hot-hot-hot-hot!", before tossing the meteorite up into the air. Strangely enough, it is not coming down from mid-air, as a series of cracks started forming on it. Not only that, but a glowing light is also pouring out of them. Jackie remarks, "Hey, what the heck is happenin' to that thing?! It looks like something's inside it, waiting to come out!", and she remarked right, as the meteorite then explodes, revealing a glowing ball of golden-colored light. It glowed for a moment until the light faded, revealing what appears to be a 4D Beyblade. Its Fusion Wheel is gold in color...with three skull-like designs. It's red-colored 4D Bottom resembles a cross between the Armor Defense and Boost Disk Spin Tracks, and a rubber-coated Metal Wide Flat tip. Plus, the Bey itself has a low-profile, typical of Attack-type tops. Plus, it doesn't appear to have a Face Bolt. Alister gasped, recognizing the skull designs on the Fusion Wheel (and the lack of Face Bolt), as he thought, "P-p-proto Nemesis! What's it doing here--wait! Proto Nemesis is silver-colored and can change heights between 170 and 195, and it also has a WD-like tip. This one is gold-colored, and its profile is way lower like that of top-tier Attack-type Beyblades, and it has a Metal Wide Flat tip with a rubber coating adding to its surface area! Fascinating!"
"Whoa...what kind of Beyblade is that?", asks Mack, to which Harvey replied, "I dunno, it's not like any Beyblade we've ever seen. I wonder who it's for...", as the Beyblade then glowed, before sending two lights towards Milly and Jackie's pockets, causing the Beyblades inside of them to glow. They quickly took them out, and were awestruck as their Beyblades underwent an amazing transformation. When the light faded, the appearances of Burn Pisces and Inferno Virgo are completely changed. Jackie's Pisces now has a stockier-looking Energy Ring with the protrusions resembling shark teeth looking fiercer while keeping the basic design, the gold-colored Burn Wheel now changed into a Phantom Wheel, the Spin Track has gained three free-spinning rollers, becoming a TR145, and the WF tip has widened into an XF. The Five Star Pegasis Face Bolt design remained the same, though. Burn Pisces ED145WF has now become Phantom Pisces TR145XF! Milly's Virgo is no slouch either, as its Energy Ring has not only become heavier, but also more detailed-looking. In the place of the WgD145 Spin Track, is a 145-height Track that resembles a wider, more streamlined version of AD145, and the WD Tip is morphed into an EWD Tip. The most prominent change is in its Fusion Wheel. It had transformed into a 4D Wheel that resembles two oval-shaped Flame Wheels stacked upon the other. Inferno Virgo WgD145WD has now evolved into Flash Virgo SA145EWD! (A/N: SA145=Stamina Armor 145)
"Would you look at that, Al?", started Reiji to Alister, "The girls have now gotten 4D Beyblades! But, where did this other one that caused 'em to evolve come from?". Before the Defense-type specialist could say anything, he, Milly, Reiji, and Jackie started to hear a voice in their heads. The voice spoke to them, introducing itself, "I am Proto Stern, and I have been sent by Mawashi, the Beyblade God, to warn you all that an evil group is plotting to invade your world with the power of their Battle Strikers. But, the four of you must not do it alone, for many allies will be needed to defeat this group.". Alister thought to the mystery Bey, now identified as Proto Stern, "Very well, Proto Stern, what is this evil group who plots to invade our world?"
The Beyblade replied telepathically, "You may know them as...Team Phantom"
Chapter End
Author's Note: Well, that chapter was a doozy. I wasn't sure if I was going to do a third part or not, so I decided to end it with a cliffhanger.
Be sure to review! ;)
