There is absolutely nothing on that page that mentions Random Boosters ... Those are just combinations. CoroCoro has pages like that ... If it were interesting, I would have posted it.

i did it with pliers, and a sanding machine, then after completing i spun it with my hand, 2 minutes lol

I'm not very familiar with the 4D system yet. I thought that each CW had it's own PC frame and the frames could not be swapped. Is it every METAL wheel has its own PC frame?

the metal wheels do, the PC frame is part of the metal wheel as it says on the box, and its a source of the mode changes

I was playing around with my Killer Beafowl (<3) a bit, and I realized that UW145 is a great substitute for SW145 in Lightning L Drago SW145RF. It KO'es MF-H Basalt Aquario BD145MB quite often.

but he use Basalt UW145CS it was a agro CS though , but i always found UW145 a decent track but i prefer SW145

UW145 for looks, but SW145 is more solid, there for durable so better to use IMO, and has a bit of smash, both do same thing really, but SW145 is thicker
