Anyways, that's quite fascinating about the Hasbro releases. Can you tell me, is the CS from Hasbro an aggressive one?

I never said it was amazing or should be given a lot of importance but I wish people would stop saying it's useless. I know some wheels shouldn't be used like Rock and Basalt but if you use Burn or earth it's fine.

I got severely creeped out today, because when I got back to my hotel today, I found a blue WF just sitting on the desk after I moved some junk around. I know I didn't take any parts from anyone at beydays, and began to doubt myself. I eventually came to the conclusion it either came with one of the beys I bought, or from one of my parts draft combos.

Either that, or it's the magical phantom Flat, a gift from the other world. I highly doubt it, though.

If Hasbro is going with the contemporary name of Ketos, will they go with the contemporary face design? (The facebolt Cetus is unmistakably different and seen a million times on the anime)

He means the the difference between the two versions, but the difference is only the colors. One is in a Face-off pack, and another is in a Starter/Booster. IIRC, they usually change the colors of the Faces in Face-off packs, so I think they're not going to change it, but we all know how unpredictable Hasbro is.

Maybe I have better eye-sight, but Benkei in the Anime's very first episode shown his first Beyblade up close- good enough to view the name written on the facebolt.

Wait, is Hasbro's Cetus Facebolt different to the TT Ketos?
Personally, I made my own Ketos facebolt for my "white whale" custom, that had an actual White Whale on it. Tongue_out
Speaking of which, I'm almost done that, need to pick up a hasbro Burn and I'm there. Might see if I can find boosters or whatever of Ray Unicorno and Galaxy 'Pegasus', too. I live in Australia, so fingers crossed for that.

Edit - Heh, Flame Libra really didn't have much in it. Even Flame was outclassed by Virgo back then.

I was the same when my Virgo arrived. It spun for so long, I thought it would be 5-min! Then the crushing disappointment set in when these were the solo spins:

And th!nk, nice Zelda reference. Is your whale going to be Moby Dic? I'll take you down with Captain Ahab (like that'll happen, for those that read the story)!

EDIT: LOL, people and their slang. Word filter has forever changed a great literary classic.

Based on it, yeah. Mainly inspired by Mastodon's album Leviathan and the song "Blood and Thunder", which are about MobyDick. It's Burn Ketos ED145HF/S, I would have preferred H145, but it doesn't come in white and would look awkward painted.

What combo are you supposed to use to test it? Anyways, my luck with RBV7s has just been horrible! I bought like 5 and none of them turned out to be one of the best 3! Unhappy I did the math, and there's about a 9% chance of that happenning...

@Ga'Hooleone, I really have to read the whole story, I know how it basically goes, but yeah, I never actually got around to reading the whole thing... But I did listen to the whole of "Leviathan" during a long car trip, so yeah. I'm musically-cultured, or something. And I can sing the whole of "Blood and Thunder" (not that well, but it's metal, so no one cares).
@Mr. N, yeah, should've gone and bought a full set, the seller I bought mine from for like $110-130 has dropped the price back to that point now (search on ebay if you want)

@Mr. N you are supposed to spin it uncustomized (Virgo DF145BS in my case). I even got the mold with the highest probability of 5 min (red from bb-22). ;_;

Really? I was told to use 145D. Try yours again on that and see if it makes any different (though I'd think it'd only be 10-20 seconds max if anything)

anyway I think hasbro is going kinda cheap with the sticker quality my Poison ser. and thunder libra are both suffering from some sticker wear and poison serpent's stickers have little adhesive despite being rarely used Unhappy

EDIT: carp am I really that slow?

Hmm, that is weird. All the Hasbro beys I have have great stickers. Even my Poison Serpent's stickers are still good.
