No, because Tornado Herculeo will not appear in the anime, and Hasbro only releases beys which come in the anime.

Tornado hercuelo already appeared in the anime.
If you did watch the anime you would know if it appeared or not.

My WD is too worn to be used legally, so I'll just beat up the rest of my Earth Aquila and send it to Hasbro so I can get a new one for free.

Today I found out that Dark could be a decent attack wheel....when you wrap a rubber band around it
