Twin Nemesis itself has very good Burst Resistance. Although there are still some risk when facing to some super attack beys, such as sX and lS, but in most cases, 7 would still be a safe choice. So you don’t need to worry too much about it.
Or you can wait for disc-3. Currently we have no idea about its performance, but according to its description, 3 might be similar to disc-Y, which was a competitive disc in both stamina and burst resistance.
