I would be very shocked if this could actually stay within one half of the stadium (and don't forget that hands move around quite a bit during launching). That aside, it's a completely impractical design that would only function solely to inconvenience the other player. The reason the BeyLauncher can be attached from multiple sides is for player flexibility; it's obviously not the intent that multiple grips be attached to a single launcher.

I can't believe I have to have this conversation. This is why the universal rulebook is 20 pages long.

I actually went to a tournament where someone used a 3-segment launcher with 3 grips attached (and at least one had an extension too lol). It was really funny, but he only used it for a few rounds because he could barely launch without taking up more than half the stadium, and a Sliding Shoot was impossible.

I think the "half the stadium" rule covers this adequately, so long as it's properly enforced. If your launcher takes up more than half the stadium, you violate that rule, and so by extension giant launchers are more or less banned.

No you don't.
You really don't.

Yeah, Hayate sucks! It's so unbalanced!

It's trash.

I'm glad you like it.

Ugh, I already expressed my hatred for that Beybalde.
Hayate is top tier, but the list isn't cool enough to have the "Hayate Death Homicide Y2K Attack Murder Combos" category.
Hayate's got a pretty decent AR if light and streamlined is what you're after. If you'd rather attack, defense or endurance you're out of luck though.
Nice, Beyblade Burst gets its own set of very weird totally-Japanese commercials :

I think this one shows the gold Valkyrie Layer ? Which also shows that the NFC chip is still there.

Oh, cool!
I love the old HMS ad.

Way too serious for 2000-2010s Japan.

I wrote a bit about those commercials here: http://worldbeyblade.org/Thread-Beyblade...pid1276915

I think the MG one is my fav Beyblade commercial of all.

As for the new Burst ads ... I don't get this style of advertising at all, but it must be effective somehow.
I'm a sucker for a good teaser of an upcoming release at the end.
hey every one i had a dream that i flew from the akron canton airport to newyork not sure if it was in the big apple nyc or some other city in newyork but we all were there in a building beybladi g at a tournament and i mean every beyblader from around the world was there so cool and i think i won the last battle so cool

it was just a dream i had last night okay

oh yeah yesterday me and two guys were beyblading at the res care corner stone workshop my workshop is called journeys its connected to there workshop but the office is between both work shops and guess what my ripcord broke in half im like noooooooo so now i can only use left spins big launcher for hand and long ripcord thats looks like the bey warriors ripcords so heres my question could the wbo and wbba start making beyblade launchers and ripcords out of metal??

The WBO certainly couldn't, as we're an unofficial organization that isn't tied to the actual toymakers, Takara Tomy.
A metal ripcord just flat out wouldn't work, you would have to pull it perfectly straight 100% of the time. I don't actually think making any of the components metal would make them work any better. Plastic is a great material!

In the case of Burst, the issues are totally down to the durability of the plastics used and flat-out poor engineering and design decisions.
would i be able to email them my idea for metal bey bey launchers and rip cords and how about motorized bey launchers that could send the bey spinning at 2400 rpm or 12o mph?
I think Beyblades already spin faster than 2400 RPM. Like most companies, they probably don't solicit ideas from consumers (except during Beyblade design contests).
Plastic era beyblades spin at around 5000 RPM when launched by an average adult and a good deal faster if a practiced blader is involved. MFB are slightly slower with default equipment but upped the game with LL2s and string launchers. I have no idea about HMS or Burst but can safely say that 2400 is weak sauce and MPH means -beep- all in the beyblade world.
so i wouldn't be able to email them about possibley making high turbo speed beyblade launchers

Sucks that Plastics have a harder time maintaining it's spin.
So... I dind't know where to post this image, but apparently we'll have a red standard burst beytadium! Grin

A Beystadium in my favorite color? I need this so much. Thanks for the picture!
