This episode reminded me of episode 26 in bbg. Valt wins with a burst, the animation for the beys spinning into the wall has improved, and Achilles wins by bursting Valkyrie. Of course, being the champion doesn’t mean the show’s ending; we got to go further beyond.
Phi challenges Aiga.
The preview introduces a creepy weird-looking guy that is mildy distrubing and intrusive and has Heterochromia. And of course the next part is saving for two battles.

Excellent episode. My theory stands that the others are to attempt defeating Aiga.

The outcome is kinda expected but...... the problem with this episode is no conversation between Aiga and Valt regarding the broken beyblade.
No one even react towards the broken beyblade

Exactly! Like only two characters were really cocerned about the outcome that being his father and fubuki. Everyone else acted like nothing went wrong

So... After two years of being the World Champion our boy finally lost. Not only that, but this evil brat even broke his Winning Valkyrie! AIGA YOU ****!!! Can't wait for Valt to get the new Cho-Z Valkyrie and beat the evil out of you!!!
Review:
The episode was one of the best up until now. Animation was beautiful and the emotions of both Valt and Aiga during the battle were so well made. Valt's progression as a blader is shown amazingly in this episode. Truly shows how far from Aiga he is.
Story:
As expected Valt didn't lose faith in his partner and quickly turned the score to 2-1 Bursting Achilles and showing Aiga who's the true World Champion around here! Valt picks the core of Achilles and gives it to him. However Aiga turns his anger towards Valt into power for victory. Achilles uses Z-Slash and Valkyrie is about to fly over the stadium but Valt doesn't let that happen! In just a moment he recovers and goes all out with Winning Slash but Achilles survives. Aiga's lust for victory enables the dark power once again. Valt realizes that Free was right about him always wanting to win every time and goes all out with Flash shoot which EVEN with the assist of the dark power Achilles BARELY counters it, showing how powerful Valt really is!
A flashback with Phoenix destroying Leopard is shown and after that Aiga is completely consumed by the darkness, making Phi shocked. Achilles attacks Valkyrie with so much power sending it flying again... BUT OUR BOY AIN'T HAVING NONE OF IT! HE GOES ALL OUT ONE LAST TIME WITH JET SHOOT BEFORE IT ENDS! BOTH BEYS COLLIDE... But sadly Aiga's lust for victory breaks Valkyrie making him the Champion... After that Fubiki, Taiga, Free and Valt knew that something is wrong with Aiga. Valt dissapointed saying that's not how you beyblade... Aiga vs Phi for title match hype! 
EDIT: As people pointed out... The only problem with this episode is that, when Valkyrie broke there was hardly any reaction except from Valt's family. Expected more in that part, but i understand that there's a time limit as well. -1 for dialogue.

Valt's bey breaking was to be expected considering all the clues that were given (new Valkyrie, dark Aiga etc). Unfortunately, nobody (besides Toko, Nika, Fubuki and Taiga) really reacted to Valt's broken bey and Aiga certainly showed no remorse. He only seemed a bit shocked but then moved on to the fact that he's the new champion.

Everyone congratulates Aiga though Taiga and Fubuki are a little worried.

Speaking of Aiga, he doesn't seem very popular with fans today haha.

I've always liked shu but then after the god series he disappeared so valt took that spot for me

What he said was not wrong. After all you did say that shu being a developed character was why people liked him and becoming red eye (and going beyond that) was/we’re the biggest changes concerning all the confilict/resolution. So without his mental phases shu would likely be a popular character but would not really compare to a lot of other characters.

I don’t like characters that are crazily overrated, such as free. if Fafnir was never good in real life, free likely wouldn’t be liked much. I’m not saying they’re bad characters or anything, but I just don’t like things that are crazily flocked.

also, if you haven’t noticed, when Bloody Longinus came out, about everyone stopped liking Lui because thy thought his bey was terrible.

well I won't deny your personal liking. about lui they still like them it's just the anime shaft him for new characters which is common but you'll find lots of fans in hear in the wbo who likes lui alot. but i respect your opinion and tasted
