The mysterious boy that suddenly appeared is Lane Valhalla, the new Blader who was coached by the Legend Shu Kurenai! With his declaration of war, the battle between Lane and Lui starts. "You won't even be able to touch my Bey" Lane says at the start of the battle with absolute confidence. The situation unfolds exactly as he had stated.

There's no actual proof that it's going to be dual spin. I remember saying this when episode 1 and 2 debuted but I'm gonna say it again. The bey you saw in the opening with the reused Dark Turbo animation were simply the dark variations of King Helios and Super Hyperion. So Lane's bey was not the bey with the reused dark turbo animation  in the opening it was simply Dark Helios and Dark Hyperion.
