He specifically said 'Shin Shot Upper' with 'Shin' translating to True. It's the evolved version of Shot Upper because of the Savior Blade awakening. Also, the name Illya Maoh is not completely confirmed, but it came from a translation of text during the credits scene. A part where they show the characters and which VAs voice them. *Grabs sledgehammer and smashes computer with it* Oh my God Valkyrie we need to talk about this episode. Overall the episode was really good, we got to see Free for a bit hanging out in Spain and Bell decided to prank all of 'em covering them with white dust? Anyways then we get to Rashad Vs Bell and we saw THE CAT GIRL! I can't really remember her name but she looks awesome! But the battle is where I get mad, so Rashad does the send Valkyrie into space launch and Bell does his launch and V Gear helps Belial speed up they go in for a flurry of attacks and Belial speeds up and uses Dynamite Bomb and bursts Valkyrie! I'm just kidding he only knocked it out, and he actually awakened and now can hit harder! Bell and Rashad launch their beys again and Doller Store Valt Uh sorry I mean Rashad hits Belial with a barrage of attacks and Belial gets sent flying and tries using another Dynamite Bomb but Doller Store Valt (Rashad) uses Shot Upper and bursts Belial, what really makes me mad is that LITERALLY ONE EPISODE AGO HE BEAT Valt and Rashad were using Valkyrie and Bell beat Valt and Valt is stronger than Rashad no question so HOW DO YOU BEAT VALT BUT CAN'T BEAT A DOLLAR STORE VERSION OF HIM! *Sighs* anyways we got to see Shu at the end and in the next episode we'll get to see Astral Spriggan in action! Which will be awesome. Overall awesome episode horrible battle 7.5/10 the battle was what really killed the episode

Rashad beating Bell in the way he did is no character development, he just evened out his winrate at 50%. He wasn't shown to learn anything from that battle (and to be fair, neither did Bell but he's versing Shu soon so you know some development is due) and his ideals, view and approaches didn't change in any way. The only noteworthy thing he did in the whol episode was awaken Savior, which doesn't relate to his character's development and growth in the slightest.
