You most definitlely CAN Climb Stairs with Crutches. It is very Easy. Eaither that or just Hop while Holding on to someone. That is a Very Minor Bump in the Road for a Tourney.

If not, they are obviously allowed to come, as long as they are fine with only attending free play.
