The game has Snake, snake I think is also not from nintendo

The game has Banjo and Kazzoie, they are from Rare not nintendo

Sonic is a Sega character made by Sonic Team, a team that's apart of Sega. Sega simply has the rights to put Sonic games on other consoles.
