Sunday tends to work best for most people, and the tournaments tend to be long (Even when starting from noon, they can go until 3-4PM!) so it's really the best time for everyone.
I won't be able to make it beacause I have to go to church and my volunteer service ends at 2:00. Would you consider Saturday tournaments?

I totally understand that. Just expressing my disappointment at not being able to go (not mad at anyone or anything).

That would be a really small tournament and I'm not even sure everyone would attend people need to make plans for this special kind of thing in advance
