Sick. Might wanna hit up the Chicago Bladers.
Ha, already working on it! Pichuscute is helping with that. He is popular and knows people.

OMG I visited the park for the first time today and it is awsome!!! Buckner has a hugenormous pavillion withtables and bathrooms and drinking fountins, and it is all brand new! The grass seed is still growing in! it has a super awesome playground too! I'm so excited. I think this may be really big.
Awesome, hopefully a lot of people will come Grin
The venue sounds awesome, it's like the ideal place to host a beyblade tournament.

Hope you guys have a good turn out Smile
The only problem currently is stadiums Unhappy I'm constantly checking around the internet, but they always seem to be sold out, and I'm not one to put my complete relience on somone else bringing the only stadium for the whole thing.
If anything, I'm pretty sure ebay has stadiums.
Thank you. I have seen a few, and I'm trying to work on getting one. But shipping and cost add up to so much, and I'm to busy to work much.

Yeah, I wouldn't either.
Takara MFB stadiums are probably the easiest to find right now. In terms of MFB stadiums, best to worst to get => Attack Type BeyStadium (best), Balance Type BeyStadium, Stamina Type BeyStadium (worst). Here are some stadiums:

http://www.toywiz.com/beybladeversion2.html (Attack)
http://www.theintoy.co.uk/bb10-stadium-a...7jdni0al54 (Attack)
http://www.theintoy.co.uk/bb19-stadium-s...7jdni0al54 (Stamina)
http://cgi.ebay.com/TAKARA-Metal-Fight-B...7C294%3A50 (Stamina)
http://cgi.ebay.com/TAKARA-JAPAN-Metal-F...7C294%3A50 (Balance)

Stadiums can also be found in the Pegasis DX Set (Attack) or the Bey Battle Try Set (Balance) (not really a good deal though).

It's probably best to buy the ones from ebay though.

EDIT: A bit late... oh well Confused

Hmmm, I've never seen theintoy before, and I'm not sure I how I missed the one on toywiz.

Okey people, Pepe gets it. He will either have top spend some dough or just have to rely on others to bring stadiums. Pepe must go check to see what he has left from his last paycheck.
I could be getting a stadium in time. If so, it will be a close call. Anyway, glad you got ther topic up. I'll go pm people about it....again. XD
Go ahead and list Wolf-erazer, my brother, as well. I'm sure he will come (I'll force him). What's the word on your friends?
Stamina is better for Sliding Shoot than balance. Less deep.

But overall, Balance is still a more even/fair stadium than Stamina.
Eh, this isn't the thread for it. Sounds like an awsome venue, guys!

Yay for growing attendee list! Let's get some more out-of-city people though!

If anyone feels there is any information I am missing, or should have, then feel free to tell me.
^^ Seems like you have all the information. Don't forget that people have to have a way to contact you in case there's a last minute cancellation or if someone needs help getting there.

These aren't really all that important but what about a logo and prizes for the tournament?
Unless someone wants a Draciel Fortress without the metal balls, there won't be any prize besides faces/beypoints. Unless Pepe was planning to get something, IDK.
I will try to get some out of town people, but many of them nearby aren't very active. =/
Wouldn't WBO (Brad) be able to fund a couple of the prizes for this tournamnet or something? Anyways I guess this tourney might not be big enough for that... but there's always the logo.
Yeah, it doesn't look like there is gonna be enough people to encourage a prize for the winner. But whatever floats ur boat is fine lol. And thanks for adding me before I posted I was coming Pepe, lets hope I can get some tops soon >_> I'm broke so I have rely on my parents (like that'll happen, I need a job lol)

If Pepe wants to make a logo (or anyone else), it's fine with me, though, currently this isn't a tournament yet. I'm rubbish at graphic design and I don't have photoshop.
But, yeah, this won't be that big so a prize isn't nessasary(ugh, sp?). Brad shouldn't have to fund it, though (unless he really wants to XD). He's got enough stuff to take care of already. Cute
All of this talk of funding and logos and prizes is making me excited.

Well I don't know about prizes. I think I may encourage everyone to bring some sort of snack (but that is not official unless I put it on the 1st post)

I stink at photochop as well, and I don't think we really need a logo, because it would only go on the top of the thread.

I'm still thinking about other prizes though.

And Xenoka, ask Shadow if you can borrow some of his beyblades for the tourny, if you can't get any. He already lets you use them practicing against me at school.
I might be coming

[EDIT]

I dont travel alot so i might be or might not Unhappy
Awesome, I hope you can make it.
And I just pmed like 12 people that live in the four states surrounding us and from IN. We should be able to get enough people now.
I most likely won't be able to make this, but if you guys get enough people to have a tournament I might be able to pitch in a little for prizes.
