Please arrive 20 mins early to get yourself checked in. If you are not checked in by 6:00pm with communication with myself you will be dropped and spot will be given to the next on the waitlist.
The event will take 4-5 hours. For those who do not Top 8 they will be done for the day around 3-4 hours, but are welcome to hang around to spectate final stage and to enjoy free play. Even if you are not participating in the tournament feel free to spectate and enjoy the freeplay!
Tournament Format

Stadium: X Standard Stadium Takara Tomy
(played at a height of 36" off the ground, parents/guardians of young children plan accordingly)

First Stage: 4-5 Rounds of Swiss (depending on number of players), Best of 3 3v3, first to 4 points
Final Stage: Top 8 Single Elimination Best of 3 3v3, first to 4 points
