Have an Xtreme Stadium or Deck Box? Bring it!

We will be bringing a single Xtreme stadium for this event, but more are always welcome! 3on3 Format is also best played with a box that hold 3 Beyblades in secret, so if you do have a Beyblade X "3on3 Deck Case" (pictured below), bring it!

Any BeyStadium is fine for free play, but Beyblade X's "Xtreme Stadium" (BX-07/10/17/00, similar to the one pictured below) are particularly appreciated. If you can bring one, please post here to let us know.

The more Xtreme Stadiums we have present the more matches we can play simultaneously. If you are able to bring additional Stadiums or Deck Boxes, please let me know in advance.

Thank you for the update, that is great to hear!
Hey just to confirm what is 1 on 1 match type I have an idea but I’d like a confirmation since I’m more use to 3 on 3
Everyone, please note that I have a couple of members I am waiting to hear back from regarding the final spot. Unfortunately I am working on a first-come first-serve basis at the moment. If I do not get a response within 24 hours I have to move on to the next.

I am pleasantly surprised that this event is generating interest greater than the initial cap allows for. This week I will be headed to the premises to see if there is a way to get more people to fit comfortably in without compromising the comfortability of everyone as a whole - especially early entrants.

Because this is not a guarantee I do not wish to give any false hope. This event may very well stay at a cap of 16 competitors, and future events would see an improvement in efficiencies that allow me to better support greater numbers, from space allocation to furnishment.

Please review the Match Type Guide Rulebook, it is actually hyperlinked in the sentence stating the Match Types we will be using for this event. 1-on-1 is as simple as it sounds.
I will bring my Beyblade Stadium too.
Hello everyone,

This message is especially important for users kebun1shido, Hiwatari-san, Tahoor, wimmie, guy381 and MackTheBurst. Many of you have at least a +1 you'd want to have join. Please read.

Thank you for your passion and interest in the event. Unfortunately, I will not be able to include you all in our event at the end of February. We would be looking at upwards of 30 people to support, in a tournament style setting, and Assembly Room A would not meet those requirements.

Instead, I have raised the cap by just 1, bringing us to 17 participants and around 20 people total which is much more manageable.

For those of you above that have reached out to me, don't worry, I will make sure that you will be able to attend the next event without having to worry about a player cap or whether there would be standing room only.

I will be sure to rent out one of the larger rooms for BEYBLADE X-TREME BATTLE Toronto Vol. 2. It will easily accommodate 40+ people, though the admission fee structure may change.

Thanks.
I couldn't have made this event anyways but will keep my eyes open for Vol 2! Hope everything goes smoothly in the rented space!
I finally got some beys and a stadium, definitely coming next month.
Hello everyone!

We are under a week away from BEYBLADE X-TREME BATTLE Toronto Vol. 1!

Having rented out the room for the afternoon I have also agreed to be responsible for participant conduct and any potential damages. Naturally this comes with all the associated bells and whistles - namely waivers. If any of you have played sports in school, this is all too familiar.

Obviously this is a Beyblade event and not sky-diving.. Nevertheless, I have printed out participation waivers to be signed by all participants/spectators that limits my liability as your host for the afternoon. Please click the relevant button at the bottom of this post, it is a link to the waiver I will be handing out on Saturday.

In order to participate/spectate this must be signed on the day of in front of a witness (for most of you, this will be Kei signing) by both the activity provider (me) and participant (you). You do not have to sign this waiver if you do not want to, but it must be signed in order to participate and play in the rented space

Send me a message if you need any assistance or have questions.

On the day of I will also be providing time at the start to have everyone fully informed (read the waiver in its entirety), ask any questions, and of course sign the form. I cannot start the tournament until the paperwork is all in order, as awful as that is. Fortunately I booked more than enough time so we won't have to worry about being in a rush.

Thanks and see you all there.

Two spots are open due to illness for today's event, if you can make it and wish to participate please let me know ASAP.
Here is the results spreadsheet.

Here is the Challonge link.

Congratulations to the following players:

1st Kei!
2nd Anthalt!
3rd henwooja1!
4th k00mak00ma!

Thank you everyone for coming out to play!

BEYBLADE X-TREME BATTLE Toronto Vol. 2 will have an increased participant cap size, though it is unlikely to happen in March as to not conflict with Zankye's event. Likely mid-late April.
Video of the tourney is up!
