12 PM - Beyblade War Room Tournament

The fire of BeyBattle still burns in the hearts of Bladers everywhere, and they'll all be coming to BEYBLADE WAR ROOM at ANIME NORTH 2009! If you haven't seen it yet, come visit us to learn all about METAL FIGHT BEYBLADE! We'll be hosting an overview and strategy of Beyblade presentation entitled BEYBLADE 101, and then we'll be taking registration for the BEYBLADE WAR ROOM tournament!

No Beyblade? No problem! We have loads of Metal Fight Beyblades with us and you'll be able to draft the parts to form a full Beyblade, then play and trade with other Bladers before the tournament to hone your skills!

So whether you're a veteran Blader looking for the next big competition, or someone new who is simply wondering how the heck a spinning top could be strategic and competitive, stop by! We'd love to see you there!

I think around 2PM is good?
Or maybe a little later, gives people a chance to arrive and get everything ready.
Was going to say around 2 or 3, yeah.
I'll probably be arriving at AN between 6-7pm. Got school that day, need to pick up my friend, etc.
I won't be there by 2 PM either. Spinster won't be driving in until later I'm pretty sure.

Also I'm reasonably sure Harclave is coming
I'm definitely coming. I'll be coming in by bus around 6pm, so figure 7pm for me unless Evan finds out a faster route...

Oh, and he's a picture for this thread:

I'll throw in an RBV1 and a light launcher for the winner of the 100 light wheel contest. Brad had also mentioned something about a face booster for the winner.

Yes, this is why everyone should come to BWR.
I'm going to be hella busy friday evening, 2/3 pm would be ideal for me. You can always have more than 1 meeting.

Yes. You need to go to the Registration Desk (Toronto Congress Centre, main entrance doors of Hall F) when you get there and get your pass.
Got all the printing work today. To get the pamphlets printed in color would've been over $500, so I got them in black and white ... also got the Battle Station posters and the large poster for the door of the room. Cost me about $115.

I'm so broke now. Unhappy
Geeze, Brad, ain't you ever heard of crayons? :p

I would have tried sketching the poster, but man, that amount from your walet? If that's not dedication to get the event right for us users, idk what is.
The total cost for the quantity he wanted of the pamphlets in colour would have been like 1000$
Holy carp man, how many did you want to print?

Honestly the dedication you have put into this event is both amazing and slightly worrisome.
He wanted 1000 of them, there are 25,000+ people at the con.
So right now there's been some confusion, and I have no idea when I'll get into Toronto.
Could be around 9-10AM ,could be 1PM, I dunno. Tongue_out

Also, There better be some people willing to hang out with me, I'm going alone and I don't intend to stay that way the whole time. Serious
Where the hell you go? Staples or Kinkos or someother place?
$115 was for 500 b/w pamphlets, 5 copies of the rulebook, 50 record sheets, 10 BeyBattle Station Posters, and 1 large BWR poster.

I just realized I forgot to pick up notebooks and some other things ... damn.
Man. You're gonna need some seriously strong green tea to make up for all that green loss.
