BEYBLADE WAR ROOM
SATURDAY, MAY 23, 2009
Anime North 09 @ The Renaissance Hotel
Golden Delicious Room

9 AM - Free Battle and Set Up
10 AM - "Beyblade 101" Workshop
11 AM - Free Battle and Registration for Beyblade War Room
12 PM - Beyblade War Room Tournament

The fire of BeyBattle still burns in the hearts of Bladers everywhere, and they'll all be coming to BEYBLADE WAR ROOM at ANIME NORTH 2009! If you haven't seen it yet, come visit us to learn all about METAL FIGHT BEYBLADE! We'll be hosting an overview and strategy of Beyblade presentation entitled BEYBLADE 101, and then we'll be taking registration for the BEYBLADE WAR ROOM tournament!

No Beyblade? No problem! We have loads of Metal Fight Beyblades with us and you'll be able to draft the parts to form a full Beyblade, then play and trade with other Bladers before the tournament to hone your skills!

So whether you're a veteran Blader looking for the next big competition, or someone new who is simply wondering how the heck a spinning top could be strategic and competitive, stop by! We'd love to see you there!

Need-to-Know Information

Open your account page on your mobile device (if possible) during registration to help us keep things quick.

I'm new to the site. I'll be coming but i haven't played with blades in a few years. I've never been to An b4 either do they usually have stands selling Blades. Im looking for HMS blades i don't plan to buy an MFB or participate in the tourney but ill be there to buy HMS blades cuz i can't find the ones i want online. See if i can get some friends to come as well. Do we need to pay to get into war room.
There will be some MFBs available, prolly some HMS too but you might wanna ask for the ones you want beforehand so someone can bring them. Still, it'd be best to buy at least one MFB. The tourney will be fun, you don't wanna miss it. Joyful_3
I don't know why you wouldn't want to enter the tournament, Kenji. :\ You'll be missing out! It's going to be great.
Honestly I don't know what it is about MFB's I just do not enjoy their company. Of course i'd enter if i had money to buy an mfb but im planning on buying two HMS blades. I like the show and all(watched the raws) but i just don't like MFBs.
Your loss man. the tournament is bound to be lots of fun.
I'll enter the tournament if someone was willing to let me borrow one of theirs. If by some miracle i won id share the prize with person who let me borrow.
There is going to be a parts draft, so you can get one for a small fee that way (Brad explains it here). And even if you don't want to pay that fee, I am sure someone will let you borrow one.
Oh. I see. Well im about 50% sure i can get some friends to come. Is there a fee to get into the hotel. Not sure how this works. Do i register at AN desk then go to WarRoom at the hotel. Or Can i get into War Room free then just Pay and get into AN and purchase some beyblade related things there(if sold).

BTW is Brad Compiling a list of members that are going?
You might be able to get into the Renaissance Hotel (where BWR is being held) without a AN badge. If it was inside of the Toronto Congress Centre, it may be a different story, but I am not sure.

I'm not sure if I should be using this thread to say this, but for those of you who will be at the tourney that are interested in the beyblades I'll be selling, here is a picture of my HMS collection:

http://i41.tinypic.com/wafxj5.jpg

I'll be selling them auction-style, so the blade goes to the highest bidder.

EDIT: I forgot to include it in the picture, but I also have a light blue Tornado Balance Type-S stadium I'll be trying to get rid of. I'll post up a picture later of my (much less impressive/valuable) plastic collection that I'll be selling as well.
Sweet collection Roan. That should sell for a carpload of money. And you could always make a thread for this in the MarketPlace forum, to get more attention.
Damn, nice collection. Shame you're not much of a blader anymore. Unhappy
I just check up about this, I can't come to the war room. Wish I could, but aww man.
Ok I made a thread for the stuff I'm selling (with pics!), check it suckaz:
