There is a clip that holds the SG in the BB.

Correct that it doesn't "technically" have an SG, but the inner-section of the BB containing the shaft and bearings is held in place by a small plastic clip that can be removed. The inner-BB disassembles easily.

where is this clip

It's on the outside bottom of the BB. It's a red circular piece wrapped around the base of the shaft casing.

Do you even have this? It's pretty easy. Just take the red piece off the bottom and it will come out.

Just pull it off.

Going completely off memory, I think there were two bearings.
One near the tip, and another one in the middle of the shaft

plastic bearings are seriously worthless
