can someone tell me why light wheels are illegal in WBO

No, it is not even made by TAKARA-TOMY. Its state is actually quite obscure for the moment, since it is not really official, yet official tournaments use it in the Philippines, but the company who made it is not so clear and does not mention that Beystadium anywhere ...

hey if a beyblade has a broken part is it allowed in competition??

it depends on if the break alters it's performance in battle

A small piece of my 100 track chipped off after a battle. Will it affect the performance or is the difference negligible?

Mine too, but it happened to 2 of mine...

I have 2 questions:

1.) If a track has the little plastic "Bars" broken, and removed is it still Legal to use?
   

2.) What are all the modes to the Metal Face Remodeling Version? I know of MF-H, and MF-F; Heavy, and Feather.
