If a rock wheel had a clear wheel that absorbed impact (WOLF) with a metal face, would that make it viable for competition? btw the combo would be MF R Wolf C145 WB

Sad thing is he was and I used a regular dragoon (68 toothed) Winder and It just shut L Drago out, I'm just trying to find out if an MF would make it let's say *Spankier*?
