storm pretty much only has smash i dont think it can be used for upper and if it can it wouldnt be outstanding

Storm Pegasis is a Hybrid Wheel System. It has the clear wheel as well as the metal wheel.

differences:
1- RF in storm pegasis and F in pegasis
2-storm pegasis has a clear wheel and a metal wheel, (hybrid wheel system). pegasis doesnt.
3-storm pegasis wheel is much better than pegasis wheel in attack, (it has very good smash attack). and pegasis wheel is better than storm in stamina.
4-the face is a bit different, and with storm its a sticker but with pegasis it isnt.
5-storm comes with a beylauncher, while pegasis comes with a light launcher.

thats it. hope i didnt forget anything.

Rock Pegasis=combo with Rock's Metal Wheel and Pegasis's Clear Wheel.

Unfortunately I didn't find Bull to have very good performance, which is a shame, because I'd really hoped it would be equal to Quetz.
