I've gotten the sliding-shoot technique down pretty well with the LL2, but now that I am getting in to string launchers, I can't seem to get a consistent slide shot. I searched and found nothing about it, but I might just be derping. Please help? Thanks.
Ask a question, get an answer! #2
It is very easy, you really just need to practice a lot. Once you start getting powerful shots, then you can start angling your launcher.

is there any clue to get the rare beyblade such as killer beafowl in the random booster pack?
Not really, but you could just get a Hasbro one. It is guaranteed.
is there any difference of quality between hasbro and takara tomy?which one is better?
Not really. If you want Killer Beafowl, get Evil Befall. They are the same bey.
The heavier wheels exhibit more weight variation if purchased from TT/Sonokong but, other than that, most of the beys are the same. There are a few that aren't so I would advise reading up on specific beys if you're not sure though.
There is no real weight difference between "Evil Befall" and Killer Beafowl though ...
On my BeyLauncher Suspension, the area where the suspension's handle meets the bit that feeds into the handle is beginning to wear from the friction of the two bits rubbing together. Is it still considered legal?
Yes, as long as the launch power or the launch technique isn't affected, it'd be considered legal.

Ok, thank you. What about my H145 with chips at the points on the sides of the "horns"? Thanks again.
Is the original Dragoon a left spin bey?
