Personnaly, i think beyblade age ranking is more 12+ than 8+ because some pieces are fragile. I think beyblade is a combination of science and luck because you need know how work the circulation of air for create best combos. It's not only the luck. Most people on that website, (like Kai-V) have 20 years old and up and beyblade are their passion. If people laugh,just don't take care and continue what you really like.

Honestly I quit for some time because the synchrome thing is too sick and I'm very short on money. Besides school life is tough as hell.
But if God give me one more chance, I would never regret my choice of playing Beyblade and go on playing it because the fun and the interest in my heart never dies.

I've got some questions concerning the lights wheel :
1 - Why they are illegal il WBO tournaments,
2 - What is the weight of Mad
3 - Can someone show me a comparison of Mad and Dark ?

1. They were not made for tournament play. So, we follow TAKARA-TOMY's desire. Plus, you would really lose all the time with one, so it is like doing you a favour.

So I'm sure I'm not the only one who has very little (if any) Bladers in his country/area (Ireland in my case). So my question is, how do the rest of you deal with it? Travel far to tournaments? Just not go?

This really should be posted in "WBO Random Thpughts" thread, because this thread portrays to the Beyblade hobby only.

Most don't go. You may be able to start one yourself, check the BeyMap and Ireland Discussion(If there is one).

I some of my energy rings and face bolts stickers, i put a thin traslucid tape on it. The shape is the same and it work like a protection. It is illegal or not ?

It is not legal. The absorption of tape on plastic is not the same as directly plastic.

Hm, if it is just on the clear wheel and facebolt is it going to make (significant) contact, though, for most of them anyway?

EDIT: Made it work, the image just has odd color adjustments/settings, as you can tell from how the other colors look.

Some more questions:

1. I've seen a Pegasis-Libra-Burn (BB96 if I remember correctly) set in a local toy store for about 100 HKD
(which is somewhere about 12.5 USD). Does it worth the money or it deserves a lower price?

2. Why although Pegasis and Cyber shares shape, Cyber just cannot beat things that can be beaten by that crazy horse?

3. I've also seen a Zero-G Defense and Stamina set on an another toy store marked about 245 HKD which is about 30-31 USD. Worth it or not?

Your price/worth questions belong in Purchase Consultation, but I'll answer them while I'm here:
1. If you're playing limited format, absolutely, even at the ~$15USD it costs on ebay it's still a bargain. For standard, D, WD, RF and Cancer are useful, but you may be able to find them elsewhere, though at that price it's still a good deal.

2. Cyber is very light - Pegasis is no heavyweight itself (at 34.7g by my scales, it just barely has enough weight to not suffer from severe recoil issues), but even with Kerbecs, Cyber is still around 2g lighter, and its slopes are obstructed. The second part of it is that they're not quite the same shape - Cyber is a lot more conservative, with much less pronounced protrusions, and most crucially, the blunt square face at the front of each "wing" is no longer present, and the tail of the preceding wing obstructs where it would be much more as well. As this is the contact point that makes Pegasis so outstandingly effective against low-track opponents (though it is still highly effective against taller opponents and not bad against same-height ones), Cyber just isn't the same as the wheel it is based on. It is very much a "Legend" wheel, so Hasbro were not really breaking new ground in awfulness by releasing more of them - Cyber and Counter already set the standard (a very low one).

3. Yes, that's a good price for a very handy set for Standard/Zero G.

Tape affects the performance. Ive tried it myself, so trust me i know.

If the dents are in the play are then it's not legal. If its on the walls as long as its not to drastic then you should be fine.

There seems to be a significant 'mountain' line right near the centre, so no, that would be illegal, unless it is just a trick of the light and when you touch it with your fingers, there is no difference in what you feel compared to the areas just besides it.
