are metal faces and metal facebolts not the same thing but different wording? and i checked both sites ur site 1st even and when i put in bey and the url bar finishes the url it pulls up the site u seem to hate
ok found the page i think ur refering to (http://wiki.worldbeyblade.org/index.php/Metal_Face) but it does not say how to tell them apart besides weighing them which i can not do since i do not have a scale that can tell the small differences of the weight of the metal faces

Because it is not written, then there is clearly no difference in weight between each Metal Face except the Metal Face Custom Ver., and if you read the article, you would know exactly how to differentiate them just by looking at the Metal Face ...

Metal Face (MF)
Weight: 4.7g
The Metal Face is exactly the same shape and size as a regular Face, except the top hexagonal portion is coated in a thick metal. The centre of the thread of the Face’s screw is also entirely metal.

The Metal Face is 4.7g, and compared to the 1.1g Face, offers a 3.6g weight increase. This weight increase can be useful in many scenarios.


Metal Face Custom Ver. (MF2)
A different type of Metal Face has also been released, called a Metal Face Custom Ver. This Metal Face consists of two parts, the Core, the center that screws into the Beyblade, and the Plate, the hexagonal ring around the Core. The Core and the Plate have both Metal and Clear versions that are interchangeable with each other.

Metal Core: 2.6 grams
Metal Plate: 2.7 grams
Clear Core: 0.7 grams
Clear Plate: 0.5 grams
By using different combinations of Cores and Plates, it is possible to change the weight and weight distribution of the Face. These different modes are as follows, in order of weight:

Heavy: Metal Core + Metal Plate
Light: Clear Core + Metal Plate
Middle: Metal Core + Clear Plate
Feather: Clear Core + Clear Plate
The intermediary modes show negligible difference in performance, although technically weight should be as far away from the centre on a Stamina type Beyblade. Metal Face Heavy, often referred to as "MF-H", is sometimes preferred over the regular Metal Face.

Not really : TAKARA-TOMY is the first to manufacture anything, so if a mold is found to break easily, they will do a second mold that will be stronger. Since SonoKong releases TAKARA-TOMY's Beyblades several months later, they will of course only manufacture the second molds that do not break easily. However, the chances of getting one of the first molds that are vulnerable from TAKARA-TOMY are quite low anyway.

For plastics and HMS, all I know is that some of SonoKong's plastics parts just do not fit regular parts, however you should go get a more accurate answer in the Plastics Q&A topic.

I have heard that some right-spin attack combos are good with an LRF performance tip. Am I mistaken, or is LRF supposed to work better with left-spin beyblades?

The PTW (I'm assuming you mean the Pegasus Thunder Whip Stadium..) is very different compared to the MFB Attack Stadium(ie: the slope) and so results will vary. You should read this article for a more detailed description.
