I have had Astral since around the start of September and noticed the defense metal ball tip does not move that much and it also a little looks dirty. Has this happened to anyone else?

Any ideas on what I should do?

If it doesn’t move, that’s because the dirt inside it is causing it to stick to the driver. You need to give the tip a thorough cleaning, maybe even out some saliva on it and just rub rub rub. The dirt should come off and you can clean the rest of it from there, and when it’s all cleaned it should be moving around.
