The king has gone, so the Based Samurai has returned. Good trade really, eh?
Time:
The tournament itself will start at 12:00pm, so as a guide, aim to arrive for 11:30am. The Tube and public transport services are not very reliable, so plan your journey well in advance.
Please note that we cannot predict how long an event will be, as this varies based on the number of competitors and the ongoings throughout the day. If you're planning on staying for the whole event, please be prepared to stick around for at least 2-3 hours.
Location:
Regent's Park. We shall be at the Bandstand as always. Please check this thread on the day for updates or like us on Facebook for any quick location updates.
Directions:
Here is a map of Regent's Park. Click on the tab labelled "Monuments, Fountains and Statues". Head to the area marked Bandstand. We suggest taking the London Underground or Bus to Baker Street.
Prizes:
We might have prizes. We might not. Who knows ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Hosts and Judges:
This tournament is being hosted by ~Mana~. If you have any queries about the event, feel free to PM us or post in the thread and we'll be happy to help!
Important Advice:
Despite being around friends and rivals, please remember we are in a public park. Bad behaviour and swearing will not be tolerated and will result in a ban from future events. Please keep your personal belongings with you or in a safe place while at the bandstand. If you see any personal items left around with no apparent owner, please hand it in to a judge, so we can return it to its rightful owner. Your cooperation is much appreciated.
Remember to turn up on time. If you arrive later than 12:10pm, your place will be forfeit and you will not be able to participate. If you know you'll be late, please let us know via PM or a post in-thread!
Spread the Word!
Are you as excited about the festivities as we are?! If so, be sure to tell your friends about it! And if you haven't already, follow us on Twitter and like us on Facebook!

Hi, I paid for a Blader Passport a couple of days ago, but not had any reply or acknowledgment yet. Will I have to pay the £4 as well?
@[BlueFlare1384], I'll look into it tomorrow! We manually add passports, so we've probably just not updated it yet. You wouldn't have to pay an entry fee if you have a passport though.
On a slightly down note; the weather for Saturday is set to be extremely wet, with the worst being at midday...which is when we wanted to start, haha. I'll keep an eye on throughout tomorrow and perhaps Friday, but I'm inclined to delay the tournament to February 17th if there's no sign of the weather letting up. Unfortunately, we really don't have a counter-measure for rain in Regent's Park, even if we used the Bandstand as normal, haha.
I'll keep everyone posted!

Might be better to leave it until the end of the month, the forecast for London's got temperatures close to 0 degrees this weekend, as well as rain!
That would be good then Adam and I could make it ?
Yeah i think its best to delay not only for the weather, but i need to boost my collection so ill have more time ;p
Well, people's other reasons aside, the weather still doesn't look good, so I'm going to push this event back to the 17th. Hopefully we'll have a better day of it then!
