Honestly you can just pay with something like paypal that converts and deals with rates for you.

The fact for number 8 is their is no 100% secure way that either of you can keep to your deal but logically you should pay him first as in theory it would be worse for him to lose his goods then a small sum of money from you.
what if i pay half the money he sends the product then i send the rest that way if either one of us don't keep our deal we both lose something

as OldSchool™  pointed out out as a knowledgeable fellow you should use an escrow service. Look it up for a detailed explanation.

It’s alright if you needed to take a break. I hope you’re feeling better now. It’s great to see you back! Btw, just a question: You said that you couldn’t go Burst stoppers, Level chips, etc. But can you make it so a Beyblade cannot whatsoever? I have an idea that could make this work, and if you are interested, I can show you.

Just a question you don’t need to answer: What’s the difference between the LR of Requiem and Legend and the LR of Eclipse?

The LR of Eclipse involves disassembling and reassembling the layer. Since the different spin direction modes of Eclipse are considered different layers, you can't switch between them between rounds in tournament play. (Same rules would probably if you were to make a 3D printed layer with the same gimmick)
I do hope you recover. Take a break when ever you want as school is much more important then this community.

It depens on if you just want the layer, if you want any gimmicks (if so how many), and if you just want the teeth to be metal.

EX 1: Full metal layer with no gimmicks is $6.50 USD

EX 2: Full metal layer with gimmicks is $6.50 USD + $0.50 USD per gimmick

EX 3: Layer with metal teeth as a gimmick: $2.00 USD

How are metal teeth different from normal plastic teeth? Other than that metal teeth are much less likely to break than plastic ones.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: Regarding gimmicks, I wont be bale to do burst stoppers, levelup chips, or Requiem/Legend Spriggan's dual spin feature.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: Regarding just making the file, I am able to do so and the price of said file would be half of what the original price would've been if I were to print it

I can't make layers that allow levelup chips because I have not been able to find Cho Z base layer files that are compatible with it. That is not to say I can't do any levelup chips, it just means you would get the levelup chip by itself without a layer that is compatible with it.

I can't do the burst stoppers because there are no files for it and because I don't know how to get it to function with the base models I use for TinkerCAD.

I can't do Spriggan's dual spin for a similar reason that I can't do the levelup chips. That is not to say I can't do any dual spin, it just means it would work like Left Artemis and Right Apollos does. I also plan on doing frames and disks compatible with frames but I am still working that out.

TL DR: I can't do these gimmicks because of the lack of files on the internet needed.

IMPORTANT UPDATE (1/3): Regarding Pricing, these are subject to change. Due to the amount of resources I have right now, only the top 3 will be able to be for free as I only have enough material to spare for those to be for free. If you are wondering why that is, I thought that I would be getting funding soon but there is a possibility that I will have nothing as prior to now, I was guaranteed some amount of money.

IMPORTANT UPDATE (2/3): If you are wondering why I am talking about funding, I am apart of a program run by a non-profit organization that helps teens create, start, and manage small businesses. This or next week is what the program calls a business expo -This is where a group of volunteers with a pool of money pick their top 5 favorite businesses to fund- due to how this works, there may be some people that end up with nothing as the volunteers are adults that know nothing about this community. Unhappy

IMPORTANT UPDATE (3/3): Those that will have to pay will only have to pay 10% of the total cost. For example, if the total cost was $5.00 USD, they would pay only $0.50 USD

Also, hello Burst3DPrinter, I have a few things I want to say:
1) I wish you good luck at the business expo as from what you are saying, you're probably going to "fight" a uphill battle. I could see the possibility of some of the volunteers playing with beyblades when they are kids and still don't know about the WBO or its community, but you never know. Even if they don't know about the community, some of them might know that beyblade is (still) a thing and see the idea of your service. If you could do or are doing a presentation, I would recommend that you dedicate a part of the presentation getting the volunteers up to speed about the WBO and maybe some other things, but only include important details and, from my high school freshman or sophomore history teacher, get to the point.

2) I kinda interested in the program you're in. What is the schedule like and are there any requirements like age or GPA or the like? I might consider signing up if possible.

3) I find it weird that the price of a 3D model is half the full price, but the price of getting a fully made part is 10% of the full price.

The advantage to having metal teeth it that your Beyblade won’t wear down until it’s like as burstable as dictator, which is usually the result with plastic teeth. I get what your saying about the pricing and it confuses me too

The disadvantage to metal teeth is that the teeth may not wear down themselves and might me stronger, but they'll wear down the driver, which will end up with the same, if not worse results than with plastic teeth.

$2.50 USD for a Disk
$1.00  USD for a Driver (+$5.00 USD for all metal)

1/2 of Total Cost for just Files

Expect the process to be lengthy because I first need to develop concept sketches then try to integrate them into my 3D modeling software.

Here are some images for one of the designs:

The program I am in is in Cambridge Massachusetts. The schedule is from 4:30 - 7:00 on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

The 10% off is only for the people on the list in my main post, because I had initially intended to allow them to get their product for free but my funding is running tight and the business expo is as you said, an uphill battle because almost none of the volunteers I have done a pitch to in the past knew what it was so I had to resort to talking in a round-about way. In the future I hope to expand from not just beyblade but to other games such as Magic The Gathering, or making my own games.
Hi, I've been trying to get this question answered for a while now, but are spring parts possible like Valkyrie's gimmick?
Hey B3DP I was wondering if you ever ended up making this certain driver, about a couple months ago you said you could 3D print this driver I had a file of but had to wait since you're 3D Printer was broken but then... never got around to printing it.
What driver was it? If you pm'd him then nevermind

The disadvantage to metal teeth is that the teeth may not wear down themselves and might me stronger, but they'll wear down the driver, which will end up with the same, if not worse results than with plastic teeth.

I get what your saying but from what research I’ve done, I’ve not really seen that as a big problem. I could be 1000% wrong though. But many custom Beyblades, like Zankeys, only lasted a day before it was as burstable as roctavor, and it didn’t have any metal teeth. And also I think it’s easier to buy a new driver than 3D print a whole new layer. That’s just my opinion though.

In theory yes. I have the materials to make it possible but I need to figure out how to print a mechanism like that in order for it to work properly
