Tournament System:
Depending on the number of participants we will use one of the following systems to run the first stage of this tournament:
Swiss (17 - 32 Players):
Bladers play 5 rounds. After the first round, bladers are paired based on their match history. Bladers with the highest records face each other, then the second-highest, etc. The top eight players advance to the final stage.
Double Elimination (33+ Players):
In Double Elimination, there are two brackets: the Winners Bracket and Losers Bracket. After losing once, Bladers are sent to the Losers Bracket. If they lose for a second time, they are eliminated from the event. Once both brackets have been completed, the top eight players (top four from the Winners Bracket, top four from the Losers Bracket) advance to the final stage.

Stealing at a tournament location that also serves as a business may land you in serious legal trouble.
Stealing from another blader is very frowned upon and even though it may not land you in legal trouble, it will more or less be the end of your participation in the WBO.
Don't steal.
And is anyone selling any thing?

Thanks CheetoBlader. if you are referring to the stadium in Red Ninja's video, the video was actually at his station and the video features just one stadium. I tend to man the compute/ registration throughout my tournaments for efficient results entry and I rarely judge, so this was definitely an oversight. I will keep this in mind for the next one. Thanks!

Oh, that makes sense considering that all of the stadiums were B-33s. And not any B-09s.

There's no ruling or any specific in the book on stadium placement. We the judge just place the stadium to whatever makes sense before players arrive to their matches. If the player have an issue with the placement they can ask the judge to move the stadium themselves. After adjusting the stadium the player have to make sure if the placement is an OK for the opponent as well.

If you didn't know if there was a proper way to place the stadium in the first place, why'd you go and tell LazerBeamz that he was doing it incorrectly?
That question is actually a trick question, and what Yami said is the correct answer - players aren't technically allowed to adjust the stadium themselves, and must ask the judge to do it for them.

Okay, sorry for the confusion. I couldn’t view the Burst Rule book, so I just went by what people who could view the Rules said. Sorry.

After this I think there should be some rule edits:
- Players can adjust stadium, when judge check stadium before match beginning.
- User still not allowed to adjust the stadium themselves during match.
