Its just Kenta and Tsubasa for me

ryuga vrs rago

Pretty much for me Kai vs. Brooklyn or All legendary bladers vs. Rago
I'm an older fan so to me OG Beyblade will always be my favorite. That being said I still think it's the best. It has the best..

1. World Building- We actually got to explore the places that the Bladebreakers visited. Especially in S1 where we constantly had side characters and a tournament arc in each major part of the world, with most of them also tying to the backstory of the main characters. Things like the Legend of the White Tiger in the China tournament & the creation of the Black Dranzer were integral to establishing Beyblade lore. This was effective as later on in G-Revolution we got teams like Barthez Battalion and BEGA Bladers who were connected with villains of the past.

2. Character development- I felt like characters had development that was not only positive for their characters but also made them interesting and realistic. Kai developing an obsession with battling Tyson after being a Blader that was on top of the world S1 and then facing Brooklyn who was a mirror of his early self in S3 made for a great all around arc. Lee developing an insecurity after Ray returned was a good way to move Lee on from his grudge against Ray but still keep those feelings relevant.

3. Battles- For the most part the battles felt the most high stakes in this season. Metal Fury also had some really high stakes but I felt like OG Beyblade did it better. Sure it took everyone to beat Rago and we lost Ryuga but we got to see the fallout from losses that shook people to the very core in OG Beyblade. Max & Ray losing their bit beasts in V-Force felt real. Same with Kai dealing with the guilt of Wyatt or Tala being battered by Garland. We got to see the consequences play out on screen and some things were never really fixed. Also the amount of creative gimmicks used for stadiums and different types of scenery made it stand out.

Now I watched most of MFB and really like Burst as well but to me the best will always be the OG. If I had to give a full ranking it would be.

1. OG
2. Burst
3. MFB
I dont know why Im so eager to just rewatch that battle of Kia and Tyson again. I feel like that battle really meant well.

I don't know what to even think. It just feels like some bladers are strong and overwhelming powerful

I personally think that Metal Saga and OG are tied
I hated it when Kai almost fell to the stadium thinking Goki was Wyatt. First time I saw the man confused

Man that was cool
MFB tbh it was just too good. Burst is just not up there compared to the hype of MFB.
I never watched Bakuten so i gonna put that aside and rank it on the lowest. I think my favorite overall is just burst just because it has more realistic approach than the other series and the battle just feels more better than the other series for MFB Plot wise it's good up until the 3rd season where it became Messy and the battle just feels stale imo

Ranks
1. Burst S1
2. MFB S2
3. Burst god
4. MFB S1
5. Burst GT
6. Burst Cho Z
7. MFB 4D/ burst sparking
here are my rankings for Metal Saga and Burst only. I want to become more familiar with Gen 1 before I rank it.

1. Metal Masters
2. Burst Rise
3. Burst S1
4. Burst Evolution
5. Metal Fusion
6. Metal Fury
7. Burst Turbo

Metal Masters was stellar in a lot of ways for me. the overall plot, the high octane battles, and and characters in my opinion are the best we've ever had.

Rise is more biased on my part but I'm a big fan of all the fun characters. the plot isn't anything too special but the beys and battles are really good along with the plot near the end being really good with Gwyn.

Season 1 of Burst is good in alot of ways. Its fun and has a simple and concise but really good plot. Each character is great, it has a good story that keeps you watching, and the beys may be simple but the strategies and battles are next level.

it wasn't as fun and in my opinion I prefer fun over seriousness but oh boy is Evolution good. the plot twists will obvious are executed masterfully, each character is amazing with returning ones getting done proper good justice, and each bey is jam packed with great gimmicks and the above average battles in the season are a big stand out in many ways.

Metal Fusion has a simple and admittedly cliche plot, however that doesn't make it less good at all. It works pretty decent as an introduction however the beys and battles are top tier. The Gingka vs Ryuga battle at the end is my favorite Gingka vs Ryuga battle out of all of them. I absolutely loved the build up to and the actual Battle Bladers, 2 of my favorite Beyblade arcs ever. Not the best but really good season.

Metal Fury was a bi lacking with stale battles however the story is probably one of the best in Beyblade history. Each bey is cool and I can appreciate they show them changing modes during battle. I like the way its showcased and it adds another level of strategy. not only that but we got some great animation and Nemesis is just great.

This season was just a mess. To much plot armor for the main character, Phi feels bland imo, not doing returning characters justice, and thats just the surface without going in too deep.

I like both generations really good but I think the Metal Saga is a little bit better than Burst for me. The battles were just alot more high octane and we had consistent great animation. The style was also unique and you just gotta love seeing Metal beys battle in the anime. For Burst its more top down with different angles but I love how they do it in Metal Saga.

As for Surge Its not over so I can't rank it but I think it might go right below Metal Fury. Not bad but the anime has problems and other season were more enjoyable, at least now anyways,
Good thing I watched Bakuten Shoot because oh boy did that hit me hard in a good way
