Yes. He does send to singapore. I live in singapore and i have bought some stuff from AD. Use xe.com for currency exchange.

For the credit card, i think he only accepts paypal, which uses Credit card

Sorry I have no idea about that price. It will release on 26th march in Japan.
maybe shipping weight is 950-1100g.
