it's mostly activated for many users. the bar below ur post has the letters 'pm' if it is orange..it means it is active or else you can always go to the settings and edit the settings of private message

oh...sorry about the orange thing...it only shows whether you are online or no... u have to go to user settings for activating/deactivating pm

But I, as a Filipino who had bought from AkirasDaddy, wants to tell you that you can order from Philippines. But it takes 14-21 days to ship(It's the customs fault)....I do not know why (AD asked me why CUSTOMS is slow)

If your son already has alot of beyblade stuff get BB-99 Hell Kerbecs for $25 or if your son does not have very many beyblades,get the Galaxy Pegasis DX set.It's pricey but alot comes with it and it's very good.
