I don't think that he does ! But if you want the beypoint card, I suggest you to buy BB-70 Galaxy pegasis starter or BB-71 Ray Unicorno ! But you have to buy the Japanese version of the starters to get the beypoint card !
But I try to buy on eBay but it costs like 22.88 and it dosent even come with the card

You probably bought the Hong Kong or Korean versions.
It has to have a picture of the beypoint card on the front of the box ..
