My only way for ship over 16oz item is unboxing item to ship.
BB-97 and BB-98 have a big package. its too heavy.

The price he has given is everything boxed and unopened I believe. What do you mean his current price is an unboxed price, doesn't that sound silly to you?
The weight limit is only to the US since Japan post has limited weight to US so BB97 and BB98 cannot be sent over . Therefore he will have to open the item and unbox it AND THEN ship it. Usually fully boxed.

i live in the US. i know that it has to be shipped in the box im not stupid. but what i meant was that in order for it to weigh under 16oz so he could ship it to the US, was he going to take everything from the set out of the original packaging and put it in a smaller box to ship. and how much that would cost. and i thought the price he has listed is what i just explained but i guess im wrong. now i want to know what the price it would be if he did what i just explained

Since it's not what he would usually do, and your request to remove packaging as he had made his mind up that he couldn't send them to US, he won't make money from the box. Therefore it isn't "nice" to ask for a lower price, as of course his prices are already seriously low, and any lower will make him lose money to be honest.
Of course you could save a couple of dollars maybe from the shipping but the box weight wouldn't be a lot to make a considerable difference.
It would make sense to have it at the same price, so he doesn't lose money doing us a favour.

man you still don't understand. i know he doesn't lower the price for us as favors. since ALL the prices he has for his merchandise has shipping included. the reduced price would account for the decrease in shipping cost since its in a smaller box and weighing less. and actually it would make a considerable difference with the weight of the box.

in his OP it says that he can sell it with no package right? so i guess that means he knows what he's doing. unless i read it wrong.

You can think at it however you want, it's up to you. The flexiplastic is found on the main cover, and to hold the parts. The cardboard on the main cover and launcher isn't a lot. The main cover is just a thin piece of cardboard whilst the launcher part is hollow under. No more than 75 grams and looking at 50 grams to be honest. The so called content is just hollow cardboard and flexiplastic and I have seen multiple unboxing videos so don't worry.
Japan post website and costs show me that you can save $1 - $2. Keep in mind I havn't included the weight that akirasdaddy will use to wrap all of this, probably bubble wrap and another cardboard box. Really the most you can save from this packaging is about $3-4. So it can cost you $71 cheap. The launcher cardboard is just a simple square built pressure rectangle with dents to accumulate the size of the launcher - dents to make it even lighter. AkirasDaddy may find a dollar somewhere.
