This is obviously not the case because all the prominent dragon types are faster than dewgong and can kill it in one shot. It's like saying that Draciel F can beat any attack type because it's a defense type.

The team I run most often nowadays is:
Swampert @ Leftovers
Nature: Relaxed
Stealth Rock
Earthquake
Ice Beam
Protect
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def

Infernape @ Life Orb
Nature: Naive
Close Combat
U-turn

EVs: 252 Atk / 64 SpA / 192 Spe

Scizor @ Choice Band
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Technician
Bullet Punch
U-turn
Superpower
Pursuit
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 Spe

Gengar @ Life Orb
Nature: Timid

Blissey @ Leftovers

Lucario @ Life Orb
Nature: Adamant
Swords Dance
Close Combat
Extreme Speed
Stone Edge
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Wow pretty good move with the leftovers and Blissey. By the moves your pokemon know you defintly have a lot of strategy and spend a good time making a good team.Sometimes I see people with more than one Dragonite. I think its because of the variety of moves they can learn. Is that a good choice?

....Simply googling this could have answered you.
Lucario
Blaziken
Gallade
Raquaza
Arceus
Typhosion
Raichu (my fav)
Charizard
Magmortar
Drapion
Sceptile
and MY hunnybunch LOPPUNY
Charizard - Fire/Flying
Leafeon - Grass
Swampert - Water/Ground
Staraptor - Normal/Flying
Scizor - Bug/Steel
Electivire -Electric

This is my favourite mix right now Grin
fave team:
Metal-Claw Scizor
Beat-up Weavile
Magcargo
Cradilly
Annoyer-Flygon
Spatk-based Claydol

yeah sure i know beat up doenst do good with that team but for me, a sneasel/weavile inst a sneasel/weavle without it, likewise i like Metal claw best for scizor due to it's effected by technician and Max PP being 54, and 10% chance of a 1-stage atk increase

annoyer flygon is meant for casual battles, it's got sandstorm, dig, fly, and double team, meant soleely to make foe mad and only in casual battles
aw heck the entire team is casually inclined. they're my faves, end of story
and like E4 karen blabs about: trainers should use their faves...thats why i casual battle in pokemon
gosh, for such elite beybladers most of you guys don't have competitive teams :s

jirachi
infernape
porygon2
flygon
rotom-h
empoleon

team focused on that sub-petaya emp sweep.
I had a full team and then some of EV trained 100s... lemme see if I can recall them all...

Nidoking, Dusknoir, Swampert, Arcanine, Jolteon, Floatzel, Charizard, Aggron... I know there's more, I can't remember them all DX

I did it all during work breaks... xD;

i quote thread title in our defense: "post your best/FAV pokemon team"
in other words they posted their faves like i did

oh yeah forgot one:
Psycho Cut/Leaf Blade Gallade, normal color
---not only my fave psychic but one of my best EV'ed as well, leaf blade is to help my EV team which lacks SE dmg against water/grounds due to lack of grass type moves in movepools
Rayquaza= dragon/flying
Grovyle= grass
Kyogre= water
Groudon= Ground
Charizard= Fire
Gyarados= water/flying
If you can't tell I spend a lot of time in the Hoenn region.

May, reason enough LOL.

Hmm another one i also forgot about was Xatu:
It describes me IRL, i'm usually the one just standing around staring into space thinking about only i know what and not even making a sound except breathing heavy if it's hot...but if soemone talks to me i tlak their ear off!
(online, i'm social, IRL, i'm semi-anti-social)

makes a nice UU or NU tier battler though!
mi emerald team: metagross
blaziken
ludicolo
flygon
ampharos
gengar (traded frm leaf green)

All lvl. 76 mi best team hands down
Soul Silver Team:

Feraligatr = Water
Houndoom = Dark/Fire
Ampharos = Electric
Blissey = Normal
Gengar = Ghost/Poison
Lucario = Fighting/Steel

I think I need to get a Grass Type going in there somewhere - I haven't lost with this team yet though.
Hmm with that set up...
i'd say a Shiftry as a rotation with houndoom...but i'm not basing that on anything at all

spekaing of my IRL trio of friend have their faves to input:
Myself: i've already lsited them
My Lover: Pikachu, Ampharos, Lati@s combo and ptretty much any small, cute shoulder-ride able pokemon
My Pal, hers is flat out Houndoom.
My Buddy, his is pretty much any dark type but he likes the new legendary from fifth gen that's black and drag/elec

milotic@leftovers
surf(has more use thanm hydro pump)
