I believe fanf is around 30. but i may be wrong. But if u included rare HMS/Plastic beys in it, they may be over 20

Your not going to get many of the plastics or HMS for under $20. On ebay or from Dimsum2u you can get most of the MFB's cheap.

You're definately not getting Fang Leone, Mercury Anubis or Beat Lynx for that price.
