You could have just checked WBO Organised Play for tournaments happening in Toronto, or as SwiftShadow said you could start your own tournament.
However if you do start your own you need to get it approved by the WBO first.
If you just want to gather some players for some fun battles you can edit your first post and add the correct prefix.
