I was wondering, what is the right way to clean a metal fight beyblade?

I got my Pegasus 105RF yesterday (7/17/2010). It already has scratches on the wheel. I was wondering, what if i soldered (Correct me if i am wrong, but don't you solder things by using a metal wire? I have never actually soldered anything. It is sad, ik) the metal wire into the scratches then smoothed them out, would that fix the scratches on Pegasus?

I was also wondering, what can i use to polish him as well?

Soldering anything to your wheel renders it illegal to use in tournaments.

um it dont really matter if you have scratches on ya bey dont woz.to polish it just use a sock or something and rub each piece of the bey so there no dust.
