is it just me that i felt that the peeps in this freaking whole forum is really rude and it's really annoying? just cause i'm new to the forum and never entered any tournament? if that's so mods of the forum please tell me so now i will make myself out of the way and find other forum on other sites.

Thats not true. If a member is bugging you, PM them. If they don't stop, PM one of the Moderators. Normally, members aren't mean.
