Your Deck is overall great, just maybe change 9-60B to 1-60H for wand wizard. 9-60B offers great stamina and all, but seeing the recent attack types, I think its better to have more the Burst resistance

Actually ball is pretty good for reverse x dash to avoid attack

Yes, Ball is overall awesome, I agree. But, it also makes it have less burst resistance so lower attack types can easily snipe the ratchet. 1-60H offers great stamina and burst resistance, which makes it better in the current metagame.
