So, a Garuda Beyblade was indeed supposed to be released! This means that there were indeed upcoming Beyblades that were cancelled almost at the last minute, so molds could definitely already exist for them and at least Hasbro will probably release them.

This is the Guardian Garudas shown in one of the lost episodes of Zero-G that was never aired in Japan :

Its Track is a three-sided AD145 called SD145 (we do not know what SD stands for) and its Bottom resembles DS, but it is called Point Flat.

In the anime, it is owned by a Kai-Hiwatari-inspired character.

I have no information on this release, but it will probably come out in January 2013, which is still part of the holiday period in which TAKARA-TOMY has strong hopes to re-establish profit with the Beyblade toyline ... So, having another Set is just as convenient as having BBG-24 and BBG-25 Ultimate Synchrom DX Sets just before in November.


Or, BBG-28 could also be Zero-G Random Booster Vol. 4 Archer Garuta, based on Garuda. I really think that TAKARA-TOMY reshuffled all of their upcoming releases at the last minute, confusing even the toy stores themselves, which receive the most raw details. So, this is another scenario like what happened with BBG-23 which was supposed to be a Zero-G Digital Power Launcher.

I honestly am hoping it is a Random Booster, these constant supplies of Random Boosters seem generous.

I honestly wonder what a "Level Up" Reshuffle Set is... I do actually wish it's a Random Booster, because it might mean we might have another Face Contest

Being Hindu myself, a Garuda beyblade would actually be pretty cool.

The only issue I see is the similarities with Archer Gryph, especially in the drawing of the bit-beast since TT made the griffin slightly more bird-like than usual.

I agree with 1, but seriously 2? It did have some bad parts, but at least they're better then M145 and Q. I'm pretty sure no one wanted to pull either of those parts, unless it was Samurai Revizer.

Anyways, back on topic, I think it will be the Level Up Reshuffle set because if you look at the product codes for RB's (009, 016, 023), it seems the next one should be 030.

Actually Q has use in Zero-G stadiums and provides a more recent release of a much older part.
M145 was just :\ though.

Archer again? Does this mean we'll be getting another wind/air element bey? Could it be that the same thing might happen when Gryph was supposed to come with Shinobi? I also have the same thoughts on Samurai Pegasis...

Garuda's are storm birds. It will be wind or lightning but most likely the former.
