You should have looked through the forums for trusted ebay sellers. Check the eBay topic in the marketplace. Also check the guide on how to spot fake beyblades. Or you can just stick with buying from online shops, and not relying on eBay.

... We have a guide to identify fake items. You just had to read it. Some sellers clearly identify that, for instance, the company that made the products is "GG", and people are stupid enough to buy them even when they really know that it is not made by TAKARA-TOMY, SonoKong or Hasbro.
