If its not a serious account reporting them wont matter anyway. Id say you should sell them seperately i mean if you put good lots out there you should be able to sell each lot for around 100 usd each. I think that would be your best option if you can be bothered lol.

No not really (besides the usual NIB Dragoon G, Draciel MS, Driger MS, Gaia Dragoon MS).

Yeah, recently a lot of NIBs have been going up; so far I've seen Trygle, Draciel MBD, Rock Bison, Wolborg, Master Dragoon, Master Dranzer, Draciel S, Gaia Dragoon G, Galman, etc. Mostly from Toygalera though

They don't have the best reputation. But I guess you can take a chance with them if you want. tbh I've only heard of one incident, where someone ordered a Takara blade and recieved a TT Hongli blade. And Toygalera didn't do too much to resolve the issue.
