DO anyone know about the L Drago Destroyer ultimate mode in real

L-drago destroy have 2 modes, the spin steal mode(not that good) and attack mode.
both depend on arrangement of fusion wheel.
and it's tip/track/bottom can switch from attack to stamina in mid battle.
