Okay, some other users have already commented on the balance issue (but I don't mind that, will have to wait for the other cards to judge). My problem is with the wording of the card, simply known as PSCT (Problem-Solving Card Text). You're missing condition colons, cost semi-colons, and some other key words used in making cards, like the OPT (once per turn) clause. Next time you can try basing your card wording on a real card with a similar effect, and see how it's written. A simpler and more accurate version would have its effects written like this:

Fusion summon 1 "Grima" Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck, by banishing "Grima" monsters from your field or GY as Fusion Material, and if you do, its original ATK becomes 4000 and it gains this effect:
• Once per turn: You can banish 1 card from your hand; inflict damage to your opponent equal to this card's current ATK.
You can only activate 1 "We Are One" per turn.
