Let me tell you this. It has been confirmed already by Tyson that Kai was the best blader in the OG Series.
As well as Gingka when he confirmed Ryuga was the strongest blader in MFB.

yes it did twisted tempo came in with hard hits. and twisted tempo won because he stayed away from meteo l drago so l drago could not spin steal. but he tried to spin steal
