When you first signed on to the WBO...
Well, when I started I had actually visited the WBO for about two months beforehand, so I had an idea how thing roll around here. I read beywiki A LOT, and the reason I signed up was because I had a question I couldn't find an answer for. I don't remember what the question was, but I felt so special when it was answered.
I Read The other Topics and learned. I Only got 1 Warning which was 20%. Back then I Had poor Grammar so you can see I Improved.
lol I didn't make my first post until 2 months after joining, then 9 months until the next one. I always loved the funny little discussions when it used to be Beywiki.

User was warned for this post.
Haha, XD this is funny, 'hahahahaahhah i have a 0 percent warning(gets warning level). >> On Topic, When I first joined,I had NO idea of navigating on this this site, so I made many 2 Question threads, then found Ask a Question, Get an Answer, After making two posts i made my Intro then, I felt really noob-ish, Cause well, I didn't really contribute anything or did something important, Only bothered people with freaky questions, So I thought it was High Time I made an important thread, So I made 'Your Rivals!' that Kinda worked, But I need to have LOTS of knowledge to be known as Important.
lol this is why we dont brag,>> now im on topic 2. Brings back both good and bad memory's for me, i rember how evryone used to get annoyed since i wrote in slang (text form as in when u text someone) XD
I think when first joined I asked a lot of silly questions about things that were obvious and I was also obsessed with signatures lool I also said welcome to alot of people in the welcome thread.
when i first joined, i only made an introduction and posted in the Pokemon thread twice and didn't post for half a year. then i just pop in randomly and saw a Melbourne tournament being held and i have been posting confidently since.
I was (and am) incredibly well behaved (by my standards). I was polite (I hope), I don't hink a have spammed once, and I have been kind yet firm (I hope) with you all. I read the rules, and am trying to stay within them.
When I first joined (Aug) I don't think the WBO had over 10000 people. Either that or they had just recently hit 10000, Diamond had also recently become a Moderator. I noticed McFrown posting a lot and correcting a lot of people and for some reason thought he was a troll (I don't even know why I thought that). So I immediately read around a bit and was fascinated by how much more advanced Beyblade was than I thought, then I saw the Beywiki and immediately read about every single MFB that was up so far, as well as some familiar Plastics. I'm amazed at how far we've advanced and I hope that we can continue expanding this way!
When I first joined I read read read read until I thought I knew enough information then started to post.
I noticed this giant burst when the first few beyblade advertisements went on in May (YTV.) and BRC was like madness with all the new members (Including myself) and then they just disappeared.. We sort of have spews of members who fit into a crowd usually (A lot of spammers in one instance, and stupid posters in another..) or at least it seems so to me.
When I first joined the WBO, I thought it would be the same as another Forum. Immediately before I joined this Forum, I was a member of Yu-Gi-Oh! Forums, and it was anarchic to be mild about it. Because of that, I posted a few "random" Threads when I was new here, unaware of the stricter rules.
As my Threads were subsequently closed, I started to read around a lot more and learn what to do and what not do. I learned more about Beyblade by reading another person's perspective.

I read the rules and after I didn't post... Until I finally did. I also sometimes posted stuff that was off-topic to the threads.
Hm... Hardly anyone knows me on these forums. I was a mega noob when I joined. Not to say that I am not one now But I got like a 30% warning level...Ooops...D8 And I am a Beyblade noob. Don't know a whole lot a about it. Fought with Giga when I started x3 I sorta annoyed Brad by flaming Battle Strikers Discretly.... So meh. I guess I am a troll o.o
well um i didnt read the rules but then i made a carp thread instead of using purchase consulation then i spammed and then i made another carp thread soo now i have a 30 precent warning level

I was always scared about how my posts would be to other people, sort of like I would almost never make mistakes and usually keep it correct.
I don't have any warnings, and I plan to keep it that way.
i did the same thing when i came here
I just remembered that when I first signed up, I read the intro PM and thats it. I didnt really take a big look at the rules. I just assumed that if you dont spam and be nice, then everything would be fine. the only bad things that came out of it were a few closed threads. ^^ and I dont mean to brag, but to this day, I still have a 0% warning
Warning level:0% for me..
I'm sure someone will raise my warning level soon enough....
Shoiw me the love!
Edit: Sorry for the spam
But when I first signed up....I was a noob...and made threads on useless combos that were closed......
But I have learned my lesson. Also I didn't read the Rules.....which is like not reading an instructionbooklet to me.

Before I joined the WBO, I was an active, yet junior member over at Yu-Gi-Oh! Forums (YF). They have a lot of administrators and moderators, yet there were so many Threads that were cluttering different Forums. It was very lenient there, and I believe it still is. There were barely any Thread closures, and there was so much SPAMming and trolling going on there.
Because of this, I was quite childish when I first came to the WBO. I did read the rules, but the first of my Threads were closed. I made a Thread for a combo that wasn't too great, and it was subsequently closed, which I understood. After a few Thread closures and speaking with the authorities here, I began to read around more and learn what the more senior members wrote, and how they would respond.
I learned to think before I posted things, and when I posted things, I made sure that they were on topic, were meaningful, were in the correct location, and contributed to the topic at hand. Knowledge grows when you read from great teachers here, and because of this gathering of information, I was able to eventually be selected to be an Advanced Member. That, and other testing that I have done for the Forum.

Heh, I was trying my best to be kind on this site when I joined.
Then I got warned (10%) because I stupidly commented on someone's signature on one of Wraith's story threads. Silly me. XD
Used to post a lot, but now I am an artist again and have calmed down.
